Your Roman blind will be carefully packaged for delivery. After being loving wrapped in our signature brown paper, a wooden strut will be affixed to the headrail to ensure it remains stable and is not damaged during delivery. It will then be outer packed ready for courier delivery.

 In the unlikely event that there is any damage to the outer packaging noted upon delivery, please note to mark the item as damaged with your courier and let us know as soon as possible (images will be required)
