What do I do if my fabric is Out of Stock (OOS)?

 

Occasionally we can find that even very popular fabrics can be OOS with our suppliers. This can be due to the popularity of the fabric of just because of a delay in supply from their mill. If at the point of order your fabric is found to be OOS, several options are available to you. Either waiting for the fabric to come back in stock (we should be able to give you an idea of date), choosing an alternative fabric and paying (or being refunded) any price difference or finally cancellation of your order and being issued a refund.

 

Are the fabrics you use UK made?

 

Some of the brands we use supply UK made fabrics, for example Moon are one of the last vertical woollen mills in the UK. Other supply their fabrics from various locations, you should be able to find out more on the suppliers website (though please do drop us an email if you can’t find the information elsewhere!)

 

Do your prices include VAT?

 

All of our prices are fully inclusive of VAT. Your quotation is the exact price you have requested, there are no hidden extras.

 

Will the Price of my Express Curtains Blind be higher than the price of a ready made blind?

 

It is likely that the price of your made to measure Roman blind from Express Curtains will be higher than that of a ready made purchase. This price reflects the quality of our product and that it is bespoke made for you as our customer. We strive to fulfil all requests and aim to achieve complete satisfaction on our customer orders.
